1. About us
This online store is operated by BalticTret (email: baltictret@gmail.com). The store runs on Shopify. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and use
- Our products are cosmetic skincare products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Results vary from person to person. Always read the label and follow the usage instructions.
- Retinoid products can cause dryness, redness, peeling or sun sensitivity, especially when you first start using them. We recommend a patch test before first use, introducing the product slowly and using sunscreen during the day.
- Stop using the product if irritation persists. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition, ask a doctor or pharmacist before using it.
- Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Orders and contract
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed once your order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Shipping, withdrawal and returns
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can't be returned unless they are faulty.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for reactions caused by using a product other than as directed. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to BalticTret or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, email us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. If we can't resolve it, consumers can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt).
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
